Doubt doesn’t put any shackles on your feet but tells you which ones to break. Hence self-doubt is a good thing, only if we don’t see it as a stumbling block but as a stairway in the way of success.
Self-doubt can tell you about your weakness, your fear, and your inabilities, basically it can show you who you are without being judgmental, it can show you all the possibilities of failure before the time, but only you can prepare yourself to confront all of these. Believing in yourself gives you confidence, but doubting yourself gives you confidence with clarity, and that’s what you need to walk on the way you want to go otherwise you will be astray. You have to be clear about the path and the difficulties you might face to reach your destination. You are more likely to give up; when you don’t have a clear mindset because it’s not easy to focus on the things without clarity which can led you to great confusion and make you directionless. To overcome these difficulties it’s necessary to have a mental clarity.
Self-doubt can be your savior, because many times people can corrupt your intelligence for their own sake making you so confident about the things that are not right in reality but just a honey trap, after that you will not be able to differentiate between right and wrong, You will only see your desires, even if its path goes through the swamp. Once they will convince you not to doubt yourself, your advantage will be taken off. Self-doubt keeps your active intelligence awake.
When you keep doubting yourself, then maybe at one point you will get a feeling that I will not be able to do it,you’ll probably feel like a loser, You will be about to give up. But you don’t have to give up; you have to ask yourself why I can’t do this. How can I do this? The battle ahead is yours; you have to fight it yourself. If you win, you win. If you lose, you lose. Everything depends on you.You just have to keep one thing in mind, you have to deal with self doubt, don’t let it dominate you.
